Dont ask why I went here. It's pretty big inside

The most rudest people work here where they just hang up on you and do nothing to help. All the time they say contact the embassy in NY and just hang up the phone.

I have emailed the Cosul and got a reply message with a phone number to call. It took several attempts to reach to someone on a phone. The Consul sounded respectful and answered all my questions what i am very thankful for. And those who say the phone number does not work, just keep trying to call The Embassy through the day.
