Connie did a fantastic job on my hair both times I saw her - it was exactly what I wanted. I had gone to at least a dozen different stylists over the previous ten years and it had always been close-but-not-quite. Finally! I'm only sad I had to move away. She was also very sweet and even sent me videos of techniques I could use after my appointment. The overall vibe at this salon and the cuts I saw other people getting are more on-trend than the local competition.

I have been going to Brittney since I moved to Memphis in 2020 and she is the best. Always gives me exactly what I ask for! Today we decided to bleach my hair and make it a silvery blonde and it exceeded my expectations! Thanks so much. Will be recommending others to go here.Service: Hair coloring

I don’t write many reviews, but I’ve spent hours and tears trying to get my hair back to normal after my visit, I feel like it’ll be closure for me. I went in to get my blonde money piece touched up, it turned white, and then I left with this drab brassy color instead of blonde. After going to another salon, they were unable to fix it, and now I have dark brown hair to cover it all up. It’s depressing to go in for one thing and then days later, have it be a completely different color you dislike. My stylist at Empire was very nice, but also seemed to insinuate it was my fault for not showing a picture of what I wanted. I’ve never had an experience like this. I've been here twice and had my hair done by Brittney who does an amazing job. She's easy to talk to and can figure out exactly what I want and give it to me. The environment here is super cool and I always feel welcomed and relaxed.
