Have been going to Fantastic Sam for years. Stephanie has cut my hair for several years. Great personable service. She listens to what I want and delivers. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable. Best part is that you don't have to spend a fortune to get a great style. Give them a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Nicole did an amazing job on my cut! Did a great job cleaning up my beard too since I was looking a little woolly. She was fast, efficient, and I did not have to carry out any small talk. My stylist was Nichole, and she butchered my hair. I asked for my hair to end below my shoulders but now the ends are at the end of my neck. I asked for face framing and she basically gave me bangs that aren’t blended very well. The layers are choppy and it’s impossible to style both straightened, curled, or with my natural curls! I’ll have to wait for it to grow out. She just cut everything too short. I basically have mushroom hair now. I’ve tried and I can’t find a way to wear it down I’m just going to have to wear it up for a couple months until it’s grown out. Hair grows of course but I’m still devastated, my confidence has been completely shot. I’m never going back or at least requesting that I do not get paired with her as a stylist. She’s nice, but clumsy and I’m not convinced she knows how to cut hair well.

They are fantastic! Shelbi gave me a gorgeous cut in Midtown when I desperately needed shorter hair, she and Debra Jo at the shop out East have an understanding of and a way with wildly curly hair. Both are amazing artists whose cuts are always distinctive and grow in very well! !

The person who cut my hair was in a huge hurry. There wasn't even anyone else waiting. Right after my cut she disappeared into the back, maybe she had a personal issue going on. She barely cut anything, when she said she was some I asked her to blend it, she was noticeably annoyed and spent about 30 seconds doing that. I was in the chair for a total of about 3 minutes. I just paid for my haircut and left. I'm sure that all the stylists there are not this bad, they're are probably some talented stylists that work there but I will not return.

The guy who cut my hair seemed a bit nervous, or maybe a little unsure, when he was cutting my hair last week. Something still wasn't right about my haircut after trying it out for a full week. So, I went back and explained everything, and he was more than happy to spend time fixing it. It turned out that it had been quite a while since he last worked on a man's hair, as he had primarily been providing women's hair services. But, once he got done fixing it, my hair looked great! A stylist who is dedicated to making their clients happy with the services they provide to them is a stylist I'll return to, over and over again.
