Best Salon in Memphis! I am new to town and have been searching for a salon I can trust. I was recommended Monica at Pavo but was told the whole Salon is great. That was an understatement! Kaitlyn who is mostly at the Central location is INCREDIBLE. She listened to what I wanted and delivered 10fold. I got the perfect summer hair I had been hoping for! She was able to keep most of my length and still managed to make my hair look and feel way healthier. I will be relying on Kaitlyn for all of my hair needs moving forward! I also want to give a shout out to the Owner and Staff at Pavo for making it such a welcoming environment. If anyone is ever not completely satisfied I cannot imagine why but they are more than happy to address any issue immediately. First time at Pavo, first time with new hair stylist. She listened to my concerns and ideas. She offered a couple solutions and made me feel confident in our direction. She laid out a long and short-term plan, which I greatly appreciated. In honesty, it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had—which I didn’t expect seeing as she was fixing a bad cut and eradicating a lot of damage. Love this Salon but especially LOVE Jewels - It blows my mind how from the first appointment she knew exactly what to do with my fine not thinning hair, I wear it very short because that is what I like, but finding a Hair professional that can cut it without using tons of product to support it - well that is rare. I am a 20+ year client of Pavo and would not consider any other salon. Shawn took me as a walk-in 20 years ago, and we have never looked back. My hair is difficult to cut and style, and I am fortunate to have Shawn's expertise and care. On the rare occasions that Shawn has had to miss my appointment, he has referred me to co-owner Scott or another stylist in the salon, and I have never been led astray.
