The worst moving experience I have had all do to Chaim the broker. Literally you can find anyone else in NYC and you would be better off. After he was paid he ignored all of my calls and emails and I was left with no keys to even move into my new apartment. Seriously do not go this route or you will end up regretting it unfortunately

this is the absolute worst experience i have ever had with a realty company and broker, chiam. they were unwilling to work with us, rude, and shady. if you like your time and sanity, you will stay away from these guys
