So as I have read from other reviewers let me first mention that I love my apartment. But working for a property management my self I have never in my career bumped into someone who is more careless than urban view. They lack detail and finish. Even though we have asked them to repaint the apartment they did it in patches and diffrent paint finishes. I have asked to replace a cracked tile in my backyard but instead what they did is switched it with another tile in my backyard. And most of all I have a leack In apartment which caused mold all over the moldings, at this point its causing health risk for around 45days I can not sleep in my own bedroom. Quality facility solutions has detected 42sq feet of mold which I will include In the picture and urban view has takin no action to repair the issue. Let me also mention that we purchased the apartment less than 4 months ago. If possible stay away from them. Being in the business I have never seen such careless developers. The most definitely cut corners on labor.

Similar to posts by others - I've been enmeshed with UV for almost 2 years, & their lack of professionalism & follow-through is astounding. They present as nice people, always with "we're doing the best possible for you", and then lie, distract, manipulate, fail to communicate, & essentially ignore you into submission. Their standard quality of labor & practices are below sub-par - unless you know the construction world inside & out & are willing to site manager any work 24/7 literally you'd need to quality check every moment, you're in for repeat after repeat of scotch tape patches on punch list items big & small that generally make things worse. The investment may ultimately prove sound, but the years you'll waste dealing with their unprofessionalism are an enormous added tax you won't have realized you signed up for, & a much bigger waste of time than you'd be able to predict. I could not recommend buying in an Urban View property. You have endless options in this city - look elsewhere.

RUN AWAY. We bought a home at the 210 & 216 Pulaski Street condo building that was just built - Urban View Development did not seal the stucco of the building and the entire basement level has substantial water damage and mold growing INSIDE OUR HOME. The seller has known for three months and has made no progress to repair the damage. Buying from Urban View IS NOT WORTH IT.

They are the worst development company ever they have no compassion for their tenants or their neighbors. They don't fix anything you can't get a hold of the person responsible the management office people are VERY RUDE and not professional at all.
