I was just moving to NYC from India and the apartment search was really overwhelming and nothing was working out up until I met Husniya from EXR who was truly a godsend. In a few days of virtually touring apartments with Husniya, I was able to finalize an apartment that was so gorgeous and within my student budget and apply for it. Husniya worked with us very kindly to overcome all the hurdles we faced right from the application process to signing the lease, paying the rent and finishing up our guarantor forms. She very patiently answered our million questions about the apartment, lease, moving in etc. I would 100% recommend EXR and specifically Husniya for anyone interested in moving to NYC.

My closing broker is Aida Acosta. She is a very professional and trustworthy person. As an international student, my roommate and I rented a house for the first time. For us who are inexperienced, Aida not only patiently answered our questions, but also helped us inquire about the progress of the application form in time, which really helped us a lot. Terrible building management, extremely slow to reply to any tenant issues. Completely incapable of doing their job. Heat has been out in our apartment for over a month and they've done nothing to fix or help the situation.
