Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We flew to SLC and rented car from Enterprise SLC location for our trip through UT. It was the Thanksgiving day, still this location was open. It was not much crowded, maybe because of the thanksgiving day thing. There was an intern working in the counter. She was very cute however, extremely slow. We had multiple cars booked. She went through everything and answered all our questions regarding the insurance etc. Everything was smooth. I usually trust enterprise every time, and this location was great too with very friendly staff.

We had a great experience with Enterprise at this location. Received the car we wanted and had a comfortable trip around Utah, until . . . we got a flat tire. But we were able to exchange it at their Canyonlands location and we even got a discount when we returned it to SLC because we had to exchange for a bit of a downgrade in car. Thanks, Enterprise, for being part of a bucket list trip!

Rented at Salt Lake City Airport. Check in was easy and fast. When we went to the garage they had a good selection of cars to chose from and we could pick whatever we liked. Once we picked our car, there was a stream of cars returning from the car wash blocking the aisle and we were not able to pull out. I had to force my way into the line since none of the workers would let us in and the cars kept coming. So they lose a star for that. The car was in great shape had no issues. The return was quick and easy. Overall a good experience minus being blocked in the garage at the start.

Smooth pick up. Polite staff. Wasn’t the car that I expected, but it was still very nice and very clean. Drop off was smooth as well. Would use them again in the future and would recommend

The staff at SLC airport was both friendly and helpful. We had a delayed flight which caused our arrival time to cut very close to the published closing time for Enterprise. The counter clerk was friendly and we ere on our way in minutes. While we did not receive the exact vehicle we had requested, Yukon, the Armada we received was clean and able to fit all our luggage and seating needs. On return, the process was quick and efficient. This was my first experience for a rental with Enterprise- following the pandemic - and I was pleased with it. In conclusion- friendly, efficient and fairly priced.

Enterprise had the longest line for a reason in Salt Lake. Only the Enterprise experience ALWAYS offers the best experience all around for a car rental company. Management worked to assist the line go faster. The car was in excellent shape and condition. No problems. Return was quick and easy. The staff is always helpful. No doubt Enterprise remains my go to car rental agency. Thank you Enterprise.

Man honestly it was just an average experience. It wasn’t bad by any means but it also wasn’t overwhelmingly impressive either. I mean do people want a cookie for doing something they’re supposed to be doing by providing a service? The length of the process could definitely be improved. I would like it if all of the paperwork and necessary information required to rent the vehicle was %100 done on the app so I can simply give an associate a QR code and they hand me the keys.

Great service. The car was clean. Picking up the car and returning it was super easy and convenient from the airport terminal. I was late picking up the car and my 24 hours didnt start until I picked it up, not from my reservation time, which I truely appreciated.

The cars are always clean and impeccable. The location at SLC international airport in Utah was extremely helpful and organized and their Customer service was outstanding. As well I experienced the same top notch customer service at the AMERICAN FORK in Utah location. Where I was able to get a last minute rental when the car I was in had a tire blowout on me and the only close by enterprise was still open and had an available car for me to transfer to. I got back on the road with the maximum efforts of the guys working there which eased all the stress. Thank you so very much enterprise car rental.

All in all the experience was good. No problems with the vehicle itself, but I do not feel like I received the level of vehicle that I had reserved. When I made the reservation I was under the impression that I would receive a "Nissan Maxima" or equivalent. It ended up being a mid-size Volvo. Just not the same level of vehicle. Also, there was not much of a selection. An upgrade was not offered me. The attendant was courteous and helpful. Just not what I had hoped for.
