Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great service and convenience for someone who lives near downtown Milwaukee. They did not have the car I had scheduled and offered me either a van or pickup. Since those use more gas, I was able to return the van without filling it up.

Hi everybody my daughter and I took a suv rental from Wisconsin to Florida. It was great and Enterprise was checking in to make sure everything was going well. Have another road trip coming up in November 2022 we'll be using their services again.

Worst service ever. They gave us a car that was smelling smoke like an entire family were smoking inside there, my husband needed to drive with one hand and the other hand covering his mouth with a shirt! We ask them to change for another car and they told us there was no other car that that, and we already paid for the whole week! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Had an awesome experience with Enterprise while visiting Wisconsin. They picked me up in the car at the Milwaukee train station. Transactions were super easy. New employee Emily was very nice and easy to talk to. The car was clean and smelled great. When I dropped the car off, they took me back to the train station. Employees were all very helpful and courteous. I've always been pleased with Enterprise and have used them many times. The only improvement I can think of would be for them to have GPS available in their vehicles. The new vehicle I rented had the equipment but GPS was not subscribed so I had to use my cell phone. Enterprise should make it standard for their customers convenience.

They was training someone when I came he was very professional and very polite. Something happened in which the assistant manager came in to help . Make along story short they did a good job. I couldn't get the vehicle because I was on a 500$ daily limit. In which the car came out to 610$. But still thought I should say the two African American men I spoke with did an amazing job made me feel real comfortable even though my day was terrible the hole day!! But yeah thanks again for being so professional and understanding.

Service was exceptional! I had a unique set of circumstances, and had to be day to day trying to obtain a new car after mine was stolen. They met all my needs on the spot within minutes of making the decisions. I was in and out in minutes every time I was there. Car was great, so much so, I purchased one just like it. Customer service at its best.

I was very impressed with the prompt, courteous service at Enterprise. They had me in and out the door with an excellent care in no time. The drop-off was simple and seamless. Thanks for making my travels so convenient!

This is the MOST RACIALLY Profiled place I’ve ever been too! Annika or Onika Whatever her name is was VERY RUDE,NASTY,And very UNPROFESSIONAL! And the branch manager Jo or John Was in Support of Her Nasty Ways! I Will Make Sure This Never Happens Again! Update 11/1/2022 still haven’t heard from the General manager regarding this matter. I’m currently still on the do not rent list apparently from lack of professionalism here at this location.

I rented from enterprise over 10 times and no one explained to me about the point systems and I was devastated to find out that I could of had a free rental! One of the reps misspelled my last name which also resulted in a previous rental being withheld from my account! I have received cars that were economy vehicles instead of the mid size vehicles that I purchased! The reps I have dealt with have been careless in their actions and inconsiderate of what time management actually means! I do not appreciate the flirtatious behavior either! Overall I gave them a 2 because I really needed a vehicle to drive for the time being!
