So far so good. I rented a standard car in this location and I was given the fair suggestion that 2 days regular insurances and Easypass instruction. The pick-up process was very smooth and the staff guided me to check the car though he forgot the notification of gas volume. But I asked and he said it was slightly under FULLlike the picture shown and my returning day is Thanksgiving Day so there was no office hours, buy don’t worry they have the cameras outside and self drop-off key box outside their office. It is really easy to return the car out of Office hours! Wonderful! I took the pictures when I returned car and seriously checked everythingone of my friend kindly advised this. Now I am waiting for the deposit coming back and the toll bill. Till now, I recommend this location to rent a car in Baltimore. Though it does not look safe surrounding, it is totally ok to Uber there and pick the car in the daytime! Update on Nov 29 _The deposit returned to my bank account after three business days which is efficient. No other bad deductions!! Highly recommended!

Even though there were a limited number of vehicles to choose from and the office was full of customers with only one customer service representative, he was kind to all, helpful, friendly and maintained a positive attitude amongst all of the chaos. He handled the paperwork quickly and got us on the road pretty quickly. The vehicle was clean. Returning the vehicle was super easy and quick.
When we came to pick up the car, there were three reps there, seated not seeming to do much as far as I could tell, and no one seemed in a hurry to attend to us. That changed once the manager stepped in and suddenly there was a flurry of activity. That wasn’t too nice, but the reason I gave a 5-star review was when we returned the car, the lady TK who attended to us was excellent and far compensated for the not so pleasant taste at pick up.
My best rental car experience so far. I had to rent a vehicle on insurance coverage due to my previous car's total loss, and the friendly and helpful staff members answered my questions with a lot of details. They were also kind enough to set me up with a vehicle that matches my vehicle's make and model. Place could be crowded during weekend days as many people were renting cars, so expect some wait.
Hello my reservation service was horrible while trying to pick a vehicle it felt like I was being punished. So was on Edge even though I had a confirmation # was told it didn’t matter. Tried to use discounts was told no one in store was trained & couldn’t help me use my plus points. Was late getting vehicle by 3 hours so when I failed to get back in town on time was charged extra was late getting my vehicle but yet I had to pay extra returning , I called several times when finally answered ph. I never heard a pleasant voice it was like she was angry and didn’t want to accommodate me in Any Form. I always rent for years , this would be my 2 st. Review ever like this. The man that dropped me off made me feel like I’m a important customer.
The guy who rented me the car and the lady “Akila” who I returned the car to did a great service that was also expedient. This will be my location to rent at when my usual is unavailable. Give it a try. They won’t disappoint.
I usually have a great experience here but I spoke with the latest manager. A black woman who was very rude and short in tone with me. I asked to speak with someone else and she said I can transfer you to another location and before I could respond she disconnected the call. I called back several time and she kept hanging up on me. As a black women I am highly disappointed. I went to the location extremely irate and knocked over a hand sanitizer and a white boy came out the back like he was going to attack me physically. As a customer who was just needing some information I never thought this would be the outcome of me calling them and asking a question. These people will reap what they sew. Burn
As Usual wen I walked in I was greeted with energy and the whole place was bursting with positivity. There was a minor issue with my rental and Management jumped on it and provided a welcomed resolution. This has been my go to location for years.
Gonna make this short. I stopped by Enterprise to renew my rental. I had my 2 year old grand with me, and she in mid nap form. The gentleman at the counter handled everything without me having to move a muscle. I had questions....and he gave me answers....with options, which I like. I like spreading the news about good service more than complaining about the bad.
