Very friendly staff, helped me secure a vehicle after I had to travel to multiple places to find one. I got a car I wasn't expecting but they helped me with price and now I'm rolling in this baby
Worse experience ever. No customer service at all so disappointed on Uber and Hertz. Nothing is private they just yell at each other or customers to know their business, waiting is crucial and no system my friends, whoever know people from inside they just chit chat casually infront of the waiting customers. Time is money and it was just waste of your time. And for Uber if you are partners with rental companies please have customer service atleast. On the other hand, Hertz is pushing people to get expensive cars to rent. I had reservation 2 days ahead, but let me tell you as soon as I get there Hertz 2 employees which they have on front will tell you they have no cars at all and the only cars left is Tesla or V6 nothing smaller than that. It is a sophisticated fraud to get your money. If you have no self respect and love to waste time sure this is a place for you.
At this location, staff were super friendly and upbeat, which was super reassuring after a horrible experience with a car dealership. The dealership ended up completely dropping the ball and did not call to extend my rental or give any updates, but Gabe knew my situation and continuously helped me out to make sure I was covered. He went out of his way to help me. Highly recommend and so grateful for his customer service and support!
I would come to this place just to sit down and have a coffe everyone is very nice and pleasant and will go out of there way to make sure the customer is satisfied thank you sara nija and Gabriel and Uber hertz
From management and Isabella are the worse customer service to deal with, this location needs better staffing as they are ignorant and rude on the phone. I’m also carribean and the carribean lady you have working there with the accent is so rude is disgusting. When I rented the car it was dirty inside and out an only about 60-70% charges up , this location needs a overall n revamped staff who are capable of simple customer courtesy service. I’m not done with this location as I’m gonna make it a big deal with corporate.
I changed my past comment because I was in an accident that wasn t my fault! I called to see if I could swap out for another Tesla and I was told that I couldn t when hertz Ubers contract said that I could! Izzabella said I couldn t but when I spoke to Patrick yesterday he said that I've should of gotten another car! Also they tried to take over 9 hundred dollars off of my debit card when I was unable to lease another car to go back to driving so I had to call my bank and I disputed the 900 that they tried to swindle out of me and my bank took care of it!

If you are Uber driver and you rented there Uber program through hertz you will freak out with randomly double charged try it
Go somewhere else to rent a vehicle. They gave me an electric car that would not take a charge. When I called about it they stated that it was a problem. The only charge it would take took 10 hours. They close at 5 and would not accommodate me on switching at another location. I went to another agency where they stayed opened later for people who don't get off of work until 5. I've never received a call from customer service regarding the very rude person I spoke with for road side assistance. I will never rent another vehicle from this company and I'll tell my friends to do the same.
