The manager to this place i owe him a million thank yous. He was amazing with me the 2 months i had to rent. I was not having any luck with cars and everytime he went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful because i had to deal with other places and they were the worst. Thank you
My second time with rental from Broad Street 5847 location, the young lady from costumer service made sure my needs were met in getting me into my rental, she was very pleasant and a joy to me thank you again.
I go to this location at least 2 times a month and the staff here are great! They are very friendly, respectful and helpful. Their customer service skills are impeccable. This is by far the best car rental agency that I have used.
Wish I could give more stars for the team at 5847 Broad! Stefan and Caroline are the dynamic duo I was fortunate to work with. Even though I don’t live close, this is my preferred rental location from now on! Customer service: 10/10. Vehicle selection: 10/10. In-and-out factor: 10/10.
Convenient for me and the team are friendly and professional. The only thing I have a problem with is the proper detailing/cleaning of the vehicles. This is the second time that this has flawed my rental experience.

Enterprise Broad Street Team are friendly and professional. The only reason for the drop of one star is that the "cleaning crew" needs much improvement. My first rental the inside of the car was still wet when I picked-up and the stains were horrible. My second rental was a little better but I had to wait for cleaning completion and for it to be gassed up.
This particular location is one of my daughter's favorites, very professional and normally always have vehicles in stock what you want clean very courteous. They do have a variety of Cars, Pickup-Trucks and SVU'S. Every vehicle that was bought out to be shown with clean gassed up and ready for pickup.
Not impressed. Malika helped us and she said they don't have any rentals available but we could call back at 4pm to check on availability. In regards to customer service, that seems backwards and it didn't feel like a genuine effort was made to help us rent a vehicle. She didn't offer to get our name and number to update us. I asked if they were expecting a rental to come back and I asked if she has a system she can check for returns and her only answer is she wouldn't know until after 4pm. In addition, I explained we were in a car accident and that's why we were looking for a vehicle ASAP. There was no empathy from her whatsoever to help get us through it and moving forward to the next step. I asked to speak with a manager, she brushed it off. She finally gave me his name towards the end of the call but still didn't allow me to speak with him. That's why I'm writing my review here. We called a different Enterprise and it was a totally different experience. Everything was explained well and they seemed to care. Also, for whatever reason this location wanted $100 more for a deposit. If you can stay away from here. There is too much run around. They are in the business of renting cars and it would make sense to be more helpful when someone wants to rent a car. It's understandable if you don't have availability on short notice, but don't ask the customer to do the leg work.
They have conflicting security deposit requirements. After completing a reservation online, the local store contacted regarding the reservation. According to the online information, the security deposit is $400 for credit cards. When speaking with the store directly, they said it was $400 and the price of the rental. I contacted the corporate office, they stated the deposit is $400 at the airport and $300 in the city. This feels like discrimination.
