Thank you to Murphy, Christine, and Ty for the excellent customer care experience from each of you during my recent rental. When I called your office with multiple questions, you guys were on point with providing the answers that I sought. I found you to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. You went above and beyond to offer me a suitable rate and a quality rental vehicle when you coordinated with my insurance company. When Christine delivered the rental to Classic Collision, it was spotless; squeaky clean inside and out. Not only was the vehicle clean, but it offered a comfortable driving experience. Christine was super pleasant and thoroughly informed me of all the details that I needed and more about the rental. Picking up the rental at Classic Collision and returning it upon the pick-up of my vehicle was easy and seamless. I appreciate you guys for your fine service! And if I should ever need a rental again, I will certainly utilize this location in the future, in addition to recommending you guys to others.
The Enterprise Car Rental experience I just had at this location was so refreshing! Last week, when I called with questions, Rory was professional and thorough. When Ty processed our rental, she was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Rory and Ty were in the office when I turned in the car. When I was asked about my experience, I shared that the roominess and features were great, the ride wasn't. Rory did what someone who provides excellent customer service does, and I am one happy customer. Great customer service is a rare treat these days. Thank you, Rory and Ty, for your exeplary service. When I need a rental car, I am coming back to this Enterprise location.
The Enterprise team at the 614 Cobb Parkway S location were amazing to work with: friendly, attentive, responsive and pro-active. I had a car being repaired at Classic Collision nearby and the Enterprise team picked me up and placed me in one rental. When I called to complain it may have previously been rented by a smoker they were quick to upgrade me into an even better car with no resistance. They called to keep me updated on my insurance limits and were great when I returned the car a day after the insurance expiration. I will rent here again. Highly recommend. Well managed and staffed.
The 5 star service I received from Enterprise was just what I needed. Waking up to your car not working and having a very important meeting at 9:30am was not how I wanted to start my day. My day became brighter with the fast check out/Pick up with Murphy to the return/drop off with Ty. You guys are a dream team! Thank you so much. It’s so refreshing to know there are still businesses with true professional providing excellent customer service!
Murphy was such a help with my rental! I left something in the car and he made sure he put it up for me so I can get it later. Great customer service and the ride was nice and smooth. I always use this location and would def recommend.
Excellent customer service. I rented a large Suburban. I was shocked. The manager called me two days before my reservation and shared they didn’t have a Suburban in stock. However, he worked with other locations to secure my family a new Jeep Wagoneer balling :-. With that we were off to a fantastic vacation. Thanks Enterprise Team!!!
I have been a Customer of Enterprise rental since 1993 when I first got my driver's license, before I bought my car. I don't have a major credit card at this time, but have been able to rent cars in the past by using my utility bills. My utilities were up to date, my gas bill actually had a zero balance. I had gotten behind because I madea recent move from Pittsburgh PA to Georgia. There was a period of time that my Georgia nursing license was not active and I was not working.Like I explained my utilities are all caught up. 2 Enterprise Rentals in Georgia would not rent to me, even when I had called Corporate and one of the managers stated as long as I had proof that my utilities were current. I could rent the car. I showed them proof and still was not able to rent a car. I was renting the car to drive to Pittsburgh to go to one of my Best friend's funerals. A friend of 45 years. I needed work done on my own car, but drove my car anyway. The Lord worked it out, and my brother and I were safe. I drove the 12 hours to Pittsburgh, and got the work done on my car before I returned to Georgia. By the way, I do have my Georgia driver's license. So needless to say, I was upset.
I have rented with Enterprise for over 3 years and what I experienced was the worst customer service I have ever gotten. First off, let me start off with when I first arrived at 8:00 AM all employees were in the back talking like there were no customers in the front. They did not come out from the back till around 8:10. Mind you they open at 8. Guy in the front looked up my info and saw that I had a reservation for a FULL size car. He takes my ID & card payment without even showing me a car. That’s the first time ever that enterprise had taken my payment without telling me what vehicle I will be receiving. Mind you the guy in the front of me made his own payment but some reason they guy that was helping me took my card and paid FOR ME. So as I stated I put in for a full size car he offered me a minivan. I said NO. So a few minutes go buy and then the guy offers me a KIA SOUL I said no. If you do not have a full size car then I would like a refund if possible because I’m moving and I want a full size car. Mind you this guy had already taken my payment without CONFIRMING that he had what I wanted available instead he deciding to suggest cars that HE thought would be good for me instead of what he just took my payment for. Also their were SEVERAL SUV’s surrounding the building but he didn’t offer me any. How do you offer me a minivan then go down to a Kia soul? No one in this facility showed no empathy or concern. No one tried to solve the issue instead the guy was impatient and gave me refund immediately WITHOUT even telling me that he sent it through. No one showed customer service, no one apologized! No one reached out to other surrounding Enterprises to see if they had a full size. No one offered me to downsize No one checked to see if I can get an upgrade which I was willing to pay for but he sent the refund without telling me. Horrible customer service. I will also be going to corporate about this.
The employees are awesome. They're very polite well mannered they honor the enterprise logo and they'll accommodate your needs without asking, the customer service is great. I truly recommend the big chicken enterprise.
Ty is amazing. She is always professional and kind! I love this Enterprise location and will always come back for my rental car needs. Thanks Enterprise!!
