From beginning to end, my ENTIRE rental experience was top-notch! I was THOROUGHLY pleased not only with the vehicle, but with the efficiency and professionally helpful nature of the staff at pick-up, as well as the pleasantly professional drop-off experience. Sedrick and Nick were exemplary at pick-up, and Moe sp? was MOST plasant and accommodating at drop-off. I will DEFINITELY utilize THIS location for any future rental needs whenever possible. The customer service was fantastic here! The young woman Moe, who is the manager there was amazing, kind and so very helpful. It was my first time with Enterprise and it was great!

My check in to pick up my rental went great. I received excellent customer service from Mo and Sedrick. They both to care of me real well!

HORRIBLE DO NOT RENT HERE! They make reservations that they do not honor! They tell you to wait all damn day with a hood of being called back to get the vehicle you made reservations for and DO NO HONOR THE RESERVATION. After a $69 Uber to this place you are told oh well there’s nothing they can do! Leaving pregnant women stuck with a reservation and literally no compassion or explanation. This company is a joke! You get a condescending Nick or whatever the woman’s name is there but ZERO HELP! I will contact every person in enterprise corporate until this is made right! They are scamming ppl and it’s not fair! PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER RENTAL AGENCY!!!!!!!

Whitlock Ave. location was well-staffed with friendly and professional people. The car was good quality, and clean. Picking up and returning was quick and easy - no wait. They were also able to give me a ride from and to my home nearby for my pick up and drop off. Car's gas tank was full when I picked it up. That was a nice convenience factor, and not always the case at Enterprise locations. This was a quality rental experience!

I can't say enough about the staff at the Whitlock location. They provided me and my family with excellent customer service. They were super nice and very thorough with the rental process, even letting me know that I left some personal items in the rental. I appreciate the staff for going above and beyond to ensure that we have the best possible customers experience. I will definitely rent from this location again! Thank you Brea and Enterprise staff.

Called while on my way and was impressed they answered the phone. Use to go to a different branch who never answers their phone. They had my car ready despite being a little late. Had a top of the line experience, very pleasant. Brie had a nice smile and made me feel confident I came to the right rental company near Marietta square. Went very smoothly. No waiting Friday morning at 8:30 am.

Enterprise personnel are great to work with and very professional. The vehicle ran well and was clean, but had something going on with either the gas tank cap or the tank assembly as it had a very strong smell of gasoline when parked, especially when the sun was heating it. Way too much to safely store in a garage. Reported the problem and the staff said they would get it serviced.
