I am an Enterprise member so I always use your services. This past time I rented a minivan and was reminded of the "no pet" policy. When I got home and put the 3rd seat down to start loading luggage - the back was covered in massive amounts of pet hair. I called Enterprise to let them know this occurred and to make a note on my car that this was there when I rented it. I then proceeded to get my vacuum and get as much hair as I could out in the 90 degree weather - not a happy camper. I was told I would get a discount on my rate. I returned the van and then was called the next day to tell me they were working on a discount. I have emailed several times and never gotten the discount I was already charged the full amount and have not gotten a return call or email. Everything else about the rental was wonderful. The employee that helped me was super kind and very helpful.
Great experience from start to finish. Kim was as nice and professional as can be in helping me check the car out. I had some bad luck and got a flat tire while it was raining. When I called the office Moses was super patient in helping me resolve the issue and still make it to my appointments that afternoon. They are a great office and I won’t rent from anyone else.
I scheduled an appointment to pick up a vehicle at 9:00am on a Thursday in order to try and leave for my destination at a reasonable time. When I arrived the vehicle I'd reserved was not there. I was given 3 options. First, I could wait for the Toyota Corolla or similar I thought I was picking up as it had not been returned yet. However, if I waited for the Toyota Corolla I was going to have to wait for them to do whatever process they go through upon a car's return, including waiting for it to be sanitized. My second option was a Chevy Malibu that had just been returned. So, again, I was going to have to wait for it to be sanitized. My third option was a Chevy Silverado that was ready to go, already sanitized. I told them that I would take the Silverado given that I wouldn't have to wait for it, but only on the condition that the price would not change from the original price I had booked for. The offer to be put into the Silverado was almost immediately rescinded, though it was never made clear why, and I was told that they would be cleaning the Malibu for me. After waiting for them to clean the Malibu because at this point what choice did I really have, I was greeted with an additional $40 charge from the original booking. When I brought it up the price was brought down to what it should've been with little hassle, but the fact that I was the one to have to catch it after the wait was still frustrating. In all the delay took about 40 minutes, putting me behind for the day. I admittedly did not express my frustrations at the time because I was trying to get the transaction completed as quickly as possible, but when I returned days later I brought up the issues I had. I was asked if I could stay and wait to talk to the manager. I had just driven about 9 hours that day, so I told them I really had no intention of staying around, but I was assured that either that afternoon or the next morning I would be receiving a call from the manager of the location because, as they put it, the service I'd received wasn't acceptable. I'll let you guess if I ever received that phone call. For clarity, I am not the type to seek free things or handouts for any hassles endured, especially with the frequency of poor service companies put out anymore, but after paying hundreds of dollars you'd think a location that may benefit from repeat business might care a bit more. 2 stars because at least the first person & last person I spoke to both tried to be helpful even if it went no where, and the car was in good shape.
Enterprise has been my rental go to as of late. They have a larger selection and variety of vehicles and their prices are lower than the larger agencies. We have needed trucks to move my children recently and they have had just what was needed. Also, their staff is the best, I have been very impressed with their helpful attitudes and support.
I got a car with empty gas tank. Later it required an oil change and the oil light was on. I called Enterprise roadside assistance to get it exchanged. The did exchanged it with a similar car with full gas tank. I was in the impression that I have to return it with empty tank as per my original contract. But when I went to return it the agent told me that it is not full. And they gave me a courtesy credit for the gas. But I was expecting more compensation for my trip to the airport and almost spending 1.54 hour for the exchange.
I dealt with James at this Post Oak Tritt location. He was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I extended my rental for 2 days past what I originally rented the car. I called and he answered all my questions and was very patient and is very nice He is in the right business. The car was perfect, clean and I enjoyed my experience. Will definitely come back if I need to rent another car.
Great Customer service! Monique was such a great help! Another rental company's shutdown the day before my confirmed reservation and never notified my self or others renters that they closed and could not uphold the reservations on a school break week. After calling several locations I got a hold of Monique and she took care of us. She made sure that we would have what we needed and as quick as possible. Thank you so much Monique you were a blessing!
Enterprise on Trickum was great, they were very professional, and appreciative for my business with them. The associate that assisted me Kyle was great as well, made sure that I was 100% satisfied with vehicle, and that it would definitely meet all of my needs.
They didn’t wash the car. They charged me a full day extra after I returned the car a half of day late. I explained that my mechanic lost power during a major power outage. My current Enterprise office was out of power. The 2 locations that picked up my call to request an extension denied waiving the fee. I will never rent from Enterprise again!
This branch has seen so major changes in the last year and all of them have been on the up side. More inventory, nicer cars and above all great customer service. I used to go to the one on Barrett because this one was so bad but not anymore. Every time I rent there everyone knows my name. The whole staff is amazing and usually I work with Eric who really knows his customers and is always looking to give the best experience he can. I don’t have to worry about cars not being available now like I used to and I know they will definitely take care of their customers.
