Quick and friendly service. The staff was helpful and informative. The cars were clean and they had a nice selection.

Really friendly staff. They came and picked me up from my auto repair shop and they made the drop off easy. The rental car I got was also very clean and nice. My only complaint is long wait times on the phone, but I’m sure that is just due to high volume.

Process to rent a car was very quick and simple. This location does not provide pickup service on weekends. The only issue I had with my rental was, they gave me very small car though I booked the compact car instead of economy.

Great staff and everything I needed they made it easy for me. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE! Trash experience!!! I spent $15 to uber to this place for my supposedly reserved car and got here only to be told that the only car they could give me was a pick up truck, when I had another type of reservation. Now Im standing in the rain for 6 minutes waiting for another uber home. Extremely disappointed on this experience.

Worst customer service and horrible staff. Never coming back here or recommend this place to anyone. They lied about the car they have in stock and when you get there they ask for more money for different car.

Amazing experience! I can not express how thankful I am to the employees at this location. They were professional and accommodating. They made renting a car the last of my worries after my car accident. Kindness and compassion goes a long way. Thank you! Best location in Charlotte!
