I returned my rental car to the body shop where work was being completed on my car, as directed by Enterprise. Later, I received a bill for damages to the car. There was no damage on the car when it was left at the body shop. No one contacted me to view the damages before the car was removed from the lot and driven by an Enterprise employee. No one at the body shop was asked to view/verify damage to the car before it was removed from the lot and driven by an Enterprise employee. We filed a dispute regarding the claim. However, was told that it was “reviewed” and moved forward without again not being contacted to discuss the dispute or damages. I feel totally taken advantage of by a service that they say is being used to assist their customers and lack of response regarding my concerns. As a result, I do not recommend Enterprise and I definitely do not recommend returning any vehicle to any location other than where it was rented in order to be able to view the vehicle with Enterprise staff.
My husband and I recently rented a car for our vacation and I can not thank Max enough for helping us make our trip one to remember. From the start, Max was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and we loved the car he put us in. We had a poor experience the last time we went to enterprise a few years ago, but Max completely changed our opinion on the company!
The staff at this location are always friendly. The check-in process was quick and easy. The car was ready and waiting for me. After hours drop off was easy. The vehicle suited my needs for a weekend road trip with four teens.
I've dealt with other rental companies and had my issues, but was very pleasantly surprised when dealing with the staff at the Stop 12 location in Indianapolis. After having been involved in an accident where a semi was losing cargo and it struck my car, damaging it more than originally thought, their insurance denied me. I had to go through my insurance, finding out during that conversation thatI didn't have rental car coverage, The engine on my car literally died at the service door of the dealer as I was bringing it in. The didnt have a loaner program, so i was STUCK! I called ENTERPRISE and spoke with Bekki, I explained my situation. She took the time to LISTEN to my dilemma, help evaluate my options, and was I WAS FLOORED!!! They were able to give me a SUPER GREAT rate through their affiliation with my insurance carrier. She even offered to have someone pick me up at the dealership, but since it was so close, I just walked over. She passed me on to Branden, who took care of the rental agreement, walked through through car with me, showed me how to operate the important things, and made the process quick and seamless. The professionalism presented by Bekki, Branden, and the staff impressed me because some rental car companies seem to want to push you out the door with all the money they can get from you. NOT HERE!! People, save yourselves a headache and some money in the process. CALL THIS LOCATION if you need a vehicle. You won't be disappointed, I Promise! Pictures to follow on update
No disrespect to the reps. They were very pleasant. The only trouble is they don't have cars avail for days on end. That is not the way renting a car should be. When you need a car, you go to a rental co. However, not so you can go on a waiting list It defeats the purpose.
I am an army veteran who used to work at enterprise and left because this place refused to pay me and my coworker who is also a veteran 3 days before Christmas. The management is awful and they do not care. If you don't agree with this I would take your business to another location.
They were very helpful and were quick to get me in my rental. The office was clean and inviting. Thanks Lao for all your help!

I liked enterprises before my experience today. Not only did this happened once but twice. I called in 2 days prior to reserve a rental and the lady told me everything is set and come in at 9 AM. So I did, and I went to this location at stop 12 and they told me it is at the other location down the way by Southern plaza. Great! I went down there and they did not have the car other than this big truck. I didn't ask for a truck plus with all the gas prices the way they, no way. I needed a small xompqct SUV. The moral of the story, they need to get their act together and communicate with each other. The promise one thing and under deliver. It would save people they're time and gas by doing this and frustration.
Let me start by saying I like Enterprise a lot, and I would usually give them five stars. They typically take care of me, but this time, the car I rented did not match the quality that I have come to expect from Enterprise. The outside of the car looked terrible. It sounded awful, and it rode like the shocks were bad. Now the Customer service was excellent as always. I was in and out, and they are always nice.
