Enterprise Rent-A-Car

One star because they did give me a car when I needed one. Took out a star because of the bad quality of car. In 12 years of driving rental cars I’m a fleet driver, this is by far the ickiest car I’ve driven. Took out another star for the staff making promises they couldn’t keep I blame the manager and the lackluster training. Took out another star for the manager MJ who never acknowledged my complaint. Took out another star for the manager MJ who promised to call me when a better car would be available but didn’t. Supposed to have a rental from May 9th till end of July. No thanks. Not from this branch. Returned.

I had an amazing experience here. Michael V provided incredible customer service, he was always friendly. This location answers calls quickly and helps you with your rental needs. Also, getting car and dropping off is a quick process, which I loved! I highly recommend using this Enterprise.

The Enterprise Rent A Car, Washington, DC, Waterfront location, is my location of choice. Why? First of all, the staff is great. From the Manager, MJ to Dylan, and the clean-up/prep team, they all seem to be customer focused and it shows in everything they do. They work hard to meet my rental car needs. I rent from this location on a monthly basis and will continue to for the foreseeable future. If real customer service is important you, this is your place!

I rented a car from this location this past weekend. I had a refreshingly excellent customer service experience. When I picked up the car, I was in and out in under 10 minutes and got a free upgrade. At drop off, I was also in and out in under 10 minutes. Special thanks to Mike and MJ for their excellent service!

Very disappointing experience, will never use enterprise - again especially this location. Billed for an extra day for no reason, given a car with an oil leak which created significant delays. Also wind shield wipers that didn’t work and no snow brush ahead of the worst weather storm all year. Please save yourself the headaches and rent elsewhere.

Overall it was one of the better rental experiences I have had. There was no wait and it did not take long to get me checked-in. Every step of the process was clearly explained. I think that I was upgraded so that was nice too. Even when things do not go the way they should, the team knows how to deal with them. Due to a small technical error I was not able to return the car with the same amount of fuel. The colleague that took the car back in solved this hassle-free. In short, MJ and her team provide excellent customer service and are there for you when you need them! I definitely recommend them for your rides around DC.

After waiting for several hours with other rental car companies only to be told their cars were now out of stock or unavailable, or they wouldn’t accept my form of payment, or that I couldn’t pick up a car on the same day as making a reservation, MJ at Enterprise came to the rescue. She helped me make a reservation and get a desired vehicle all within minutes. I’m loyal to Enterprise and this location now.

Rented from this place twice and they didn't have a car for me twice. I won't make the the same mistake again, you shouldn't either.
