Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Levi was very helpful. Not enough employees on site to pick up or drop off and car was not clean. It was full of gas but not ready when we arrived after I had reserved it a month earlier. Car ran great and no other issues. Busy place and much better than renting from the airport.

Got the car I wanted. Received calls to make sure everything was working out. Got to drop off at a 24 location which saved a lot of transportation hassle.

Even though the vehicle I requested was not available my agent worked with me on what they had and apologized. Overall great experience.

I needed a vehicle to fit 7 people. I got what I needed for very cheap rates. My family and I was able to travel comfortably. They were very quick, we went to pick up the rental and we werenin the road within min!

Trevor was super helpful through the whole process and really made my stay here effortless. Dropped us off at the skytrain and made great conversation along the way. Also, did I mention his mustache. Probably one of the best I’ve seen. Overall, great asset to the team!

Rachel and Trevor were absolutely phenomenal. I booked last minute and they were still able to accommodate my request. Got me the vehicle I was looking for and it was beyond my expectations. I'm big on customer service, and they most definitely did not disappoint. Going forward, I will only book at this location.
