The customer service has always been Benchmark standards so will definitely be using Enterprise in the future!! If I had to find something it would be having to pay for the Sunday even though you have returned the unit in a Saturday. That doesn’t make any sense to me and would like to be excused from that as I am a loyal customer and we rent numerous Enterprise vehicles for Enterprise at Dassault Falcon Jet at the New Castle Airport. Other than that awesome job team!!

Evan and his team provided great service while I rented cargo vans for pick-up of auction items over the past few months. Evan is a personable and helpful employee, who is an asset to Enterprise.

Charged me fof 4 days even though I only had the truck for 2 days because "the DOT regulates it that way and there's nothing they can do". What a scam!
