I called yesterday and talked to a person name Kaye. She is rushing and impatience ending up messing our request. She sound impolite saying that she needs to finish the reservation because there is a customer in front of her, she could have said us to wait on the line while finishing up with the other person. But the one in chapman rd was really helpful and did great.
