I wouldn't give this Uhaul location ANY stars. They wrongly charged me $34 for gas when I had already put $15 of gas from their pump (the amount Sonny told me was due) when I returned the truck. They said their system was down and an email detailing my transaction would be sent the following day. When I saw their error and asked them to credit me back the $34, they waved me away and said a refund would be coming in 3-5 days. It's been 5 days and they refuse to speak to me - hanging up on me as soon as I identify myself. Today Bobby cut me off in mid sentence & said he was busy before he slammed the phone down. Do not patronize this place. They are rude and crooks.

Made reservation for a uhual at this location went into the gas station the day before to make sure my reservation was in the system the guy confirmed. Went next day to pick up the truck and the guy said the system was down note I had my reservation in the system with the price I suggested. When I took the truck something told me to look at me account, he charged me almost $200 for the uhual 😡. So I had to go thru the process of calling the 1800# for uhual. They gave me a refund and was really nice about it. In future I will NEVER RENT from here and will now refer anyone to go here.

Owner is a slave driver, wanting people to work 84 hour work weeks, 7 days a week 12 hours a day (sometimes more!!) For what comes down to 5.95 an hour. Store is dusty, literally run your hands over products and they'll be gray with dust. Guest bathroom is gross.

these guy cheating on the mileage you drive. I only drove 16 miles and they count me 50 miles. I will do ZERO star if I can

Changing my schedule three times, agree to give me discount, finally didn't give me discount because it said that I request for changing time and location. Thus, if you have other choice, please don't choose U-Haul. This is a terrible experience.
