I'm giving it one star because the trailer I wanted was there and I like UHaul the parent company otherwise it would have been zero stars or lower if that is possible. The people that work there are miserable and hate their jobs and take it out on the customer. They will make you have a bad day after leaving there. I'm starting to think the only reason they had the trailer I wanted is because almost nobody else will go there. I will drive much further out of my way to avoid this place in the future, the people are miserable, rude, and very demeaning. I had done the express checkout online to save time and when I got there the representative re-entered all my information again because he said nobody ever does it right online. This is just one example of the extremely, extremely poor customer service the demonstrated. Stay away if you can.

Dont recommend dropping trucks off after hours. Not only do you not get a receipt but they just charge your card without telling you. Our truck was brushed clean and i was charged $35.00 for cleaning without even being told! We were never told when we picked up the truck it had to be in prestine condition, and when i called to despute the charge, the guy only wanted to argue over it. Will never come back to this place.

I believe it was owner I worked with, it was not a pleasant experience, besides his sideways derogatory comments, he also mumbled stuff about me when I asked about equipment or prices, I might be a disabled Vet but I can hear really well. The entire time I was there he made me feel like being in his store was interrupting his day. The city is far too big and too many other places to choose from, and I recommend you do.

This place has an amazing selection of packing and moving supplies. Very friendly service. They'll even accept returns of unused items. Couldn't have asked for more to take some of the stress out of moving!
