U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

This is not a U-haul. Its a gas station with 2-3 trucks in the parking lot. They have no employees, no contact #, and the gas station attendant has no idea about anything U-haul related. I drove from Pittsburgh (4.5hrs) for a 4 oclock reservation. Arrived, went in to get the keys and was told the guy with the keys left at 3. You have to call this number. After 25 minutes on hold, I was redirected to governer prince blvd uhaul who told me to come over there and get a truck. If not for them, I would have wasted 9 hours of driving without moving any items. This is not how you run a business, this is some dude getting paid to keep trucks in a lot he owns. You should be responsible for your reservations and pick up a phone. Just save yourself the hassle and never consider this "u-haul" as a viable option

I rented a uhaul to move and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I've dealt with. The mileage costs are triple what normal uhauls cost and they charge your card even though the contract states they will not.

First time I used U-Haul on the East coast and although the process was the same elsewhere, the mileage overages get pretty expensive.
