U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

They rented us a cargo van on very short notice. The staff was prompt. They thoroughly explained the paperwork, vehicle operation, and how to return the vehicle after hours. I know that it is out of this locations control but it would be nice if U-Haul offered better prices ($0.89/mile adds up really quick). That seems like a U-Haul policy and not directly related to this individual location. The only other thing is that the person helping us seemed a little distracted because of a family emergency. However, he apologized for being curt and still made sure that our needs were met. If his service was above average when he was distracted then I am confident that he provides quality service anytime. I would not hesitate to rent from this location again.

I had just returned from vacation and dropped off a trailer at this location. The U-haul representative at this location proceeded to call me and berate me for where I parked the trailer. He said I was stupid had no common sense.

I have been meaning to write this for months. UHAUL the company does nothing to make life easy for the franchise. So expect that, on that end, there could be a problem. HOWEVER I found this location to have the most helpful and fair provider I could hope to find. UHAUL the company set up road blocks every step of the way. Sorry to say I have forgotten the name of the man that owns this location. I have not forgotten how very helpful he was to make sure that we had the truck we needed. Every step of the way he stood with me until I had the truck I needed. He is reasonable and honest. Though I do not think UHAUL represents the same level of customer service as does this business man located near the WAWA on Philly Pike, if you need to rent from them, this gentleman will help navigate the system for you and get you what you need. THANK YOU! for going completely out of your way to help me!
