Erbert and Gerberts

Some experiences have been pretty ok, some have been AWFUL. I do feel their prices are a bit higher than other sandwich places. Especially if you order the gluten free bread, it's extremely expensive! While I don't have an allergy, I couldn't help but notice how high the price was for a Gluten Free bread option, I feel for those with an actual allergy. Overall, I only eat here when they have the Moongazer Avocado sandwich available, because that's the only standout sandwich that makes this place a bit different than Subway or Jimmy John's.

I decided to order online around 9:00 pm. I chose to pay cash when it was delivered. At 9:30 I called a couple times and I never got an answer, it just rang. The hours say open until 10:00 pm so I'm not sure why no one answered?? But I decided to look at my receipt I got in my email and it said the delivery time was 9:46 pm. I waited until 9:50 pm to call one more time and still no answer. Thank god I didn't put my card information in because I'm pretty sure I would've got charged for it since I got a confirmation email about my delivery that I did not receive let alone get a call or anything about my delivery. Not impressed at all...

fast friendly service. if you like JJs sandwiches you'll like E&G. Great soups and they give you the bread guts they rip out to make room for all that tasty sandwich stuff.

Great food, great staff. Super friendly from the phone call through delivery. The wait was shorter than expected. The delivery girl went above and beyond in crappy conditions.

Wife and i ordered some beer cheese soup just before 2 p.m. for delivery, at 2:57 after the delivery time we get a call that thwy are out of soup and asking if we would like something else. This was absoulty terrible service. Dont order from here.
