Erie Insurance

Amazing carrier they are caring and quick in their response. I have felt with many insurance carriers and Erie stands above all in service. Claims people care, customer service actually want to help you and even speak english. The one star reviews are butt hurt about something but Erie is a super company

Erie does not pay. Their insured hit me, I had a witness, and after 3 months they decided to pay half. Then, they would not send my check, and finally they sent it but they did not put postage on the envelop. It took 24 days for the check to arrive once they mailed it. There is no accountability with this company.

I've been with them 5 years now and totally happy. The price is unbeatable, my agent is always responsive and helpfilull. What else do i need? I wish I should have switched to them long before.

Wish I didnt have to post a star at all. These people SUCK! They cant own up to a claim. Can NEVER get a hold of ANYONE! Tried to get in contact with the supervisor Steven and STILL no answer. I think it's about time to try and sue for the money to get my car fixed that THEIR insured caused.

Horrible experience...very slow to resolve matters pertaining to their clients. Will go out of there way to avoid doing what is right...stay clear
