Essentia - Natural Memory Foam Mattresses

We had a great experience shopping for a new mattress at the Denver location. I was so grateful to learn that this store had re-opened after the stay at home orders were lifted. We recently moved and we are w/o a bed and if felt overwhelming to invest in a mattress based online descriptions and reviews. Beckie was so helpful and we were the only clients in the store. Every mattress was sanitized after we touched it, and it felt very safe and clean. I would highly recommend this product and if you are up for it, go in and say hi and experience all of the mattresses first hand.

Couldn't be happier with our Essentia Dormeuse mattress and our experience working with Beckie at the store. We've been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and it's been absolutely incredible. We both sleep deeper, longer and don't wake up with back or neck pain anymore. It's so comfortable and just amazing. Beckie was so sweet and extremely helpful answering all of our questions. My husband and I highly recommend! Edit - I also wanted to add that we received a set of free sheets with the bed as a part of a Black Friday promotion. They are absolutely dreamy! So soft and comfortable. We are just so happy all around!

Dream Bed! Highly recommend! We stopped in at Essentia Cherry Creek to try the beds and just see what we thought. I had been researching organic beds for about three years off and on and we weren't in a hurry to buy. After trying the Classic 8, we quickly changed our minds and a new bed became a much higher priority; we decided to go for it and take advantage of the 20% off Memorial Day weekend sale. Kate Zylstra worked with us from start to finish and was so helpful, kind, and attentive. We didn't feel pressured at all and she took her time to explain the products and answer all our questions. We also ordered the body guard and a couple pillows the purchases were worth every dollar. It took me about a week to adjust to the new bed had some upper back soreness at first and my husband and I are both sleeping so well now. I'm so thankful for such a comfortable, well made 20 year warranty!, healthy and non-toxic mattress option. For anyone who has not yet researched all the chemicals in new mattresses - it is worth looking into and will bring a greater appreciation for the materials Essential uses. We ordered a king and did the ship to house option. It's a little tricky as you have to be there to sign for it but the delivery happened early and was quick. My husband and I were able to carry the mattress upstairs with some level of struggle ; so if you have any lifting restrictions and need to get it to a different level from your front door, I would recommend paying for the delivery and install service.

I recently purchased an Essentia Mattressand Rize adjustable bed frame from the Essentia store In Denver,Colorado's Cherry Creek store. The store manager, Beckie, is super helpful and worked diligently to provide amazing customer service. She was fantastic at coordinating the delivery and set-up of my new bed and has answered many questions during and after the purchase. I highly recommend shopping at the Cherry creek location with Beckie.

Our entire experience with Essentia has been very disappointing. It took over a month to receive our mattress and now less than 2 years later it is sagging to the point where we can not sleep on it anymore due to back pain. Now, the warranty process is nitpicking a few inches on our frame as a reason to not replace the bed. This just just seems like very poor business and customer service. I've never really written bad reviews about companies on social media, but I'm afraid that is my only option at this point.

I researched organic mattresses online and had decided on Essentia because of several health issues. Since there were no stores in Texas, I was referred to Kate at the Denver store. She was so knowledgeable that the selection process was trouble free. She answered my many questions. She followed up throughout the ordering to the delivery and adjustment to my new mattress. Great experience.

Last September, a close friend mentioned that she had just recently purchased an Essential Mattress for her husband and herself and that they've never slept better in their lives. Because the mattresses are not inexpensive, I was a bit timid to even mention them to my husband at first. But a few weeks later since we were due for a new mattress anyway after 7 years on a very uncomfortable pillow top mattress, we found ourselves in Cherry Creek at the Essentia store and were the proud owners of a Queen Dormeuse mattress and two pillow. The customer service we received was stellar, Aly was so knowledgeable and Dean and I are happy to be sleeping on Organic cotton and natural materials and the mattress has exceeded our expectations! I purchased a Dormuse mattress based on ratings and company culture. Unfortunately, the mattress was too firm and was not a goof fit for me. The customers service provided after purchasing the mattress from Laura Wynn in Denver was just outstanding. Essentia has been the most professional company I have done business in years. Top notch!

I was already set on a Tempur Pedic matress when I heard about the out-gassing and the toxins that are in most matresses. So I decided to go for an Essentia mattress and I am very happy I did! Even though it is on the pricey side, it is worth the money. I truly enjoy sleeping on the mattress every night, since it is super comfortable. Isabel at the store was very professional and friendly and I highly recommend the store in Denver.

The Essentia mattresses are simply the best foam mattress you can buy. I didn't like the idea of all the "outgassing" that happens with almost all other memory foam. These are quality units, and you can sleep comfortably knowing you are not being poisoned by chemicals in the air! I love my Essentia, and did from the very first night!!
