Milos is what fine dining should be. From the decor to the service and to the food, everything about dining at Milos is fantastic. The food is so fresh and flavorful. The Greek spreads are each unique with my personal favorite being feta dip. The grilled vegetables were perfectly grilled and charred. The wine selection is also up to par. The service is very attentive. Milos is my absolute favorite Greek restaurant in the city.
An awesome spot for fresh seafood and dining in a lively atmosphere with the Vessel’s view. It’s more of a family style restaurant so the portions are good to share. I particularly like the octopus with the creamy sauce I guess it’s tahini hummus Lobster pasta was loaded with lobster meat. It’s a very indulgent dinner let alone the nice Hudson Yard night view. Service was great too! Staff was knowledgeable about every day’s specials.
After visiting to the original location, we wanted to try out this one too. The place has a great view, so make sure to try and get a seat near the window. We had the lunch menu, which had a very wide selection and all of the ingredients were very fresh. As usual, it lived up to the standard. The only thing is that one out of the two desserts was already sold out early on, which got replaced with a baklava, not the end of the world, but also not really an authentic choice for a Greek restaurant. The tuna burger was really delicious and the salmon tartar too. Drinks are a bit pricy, but that’s what compensating for the lunch deal.
Great experience. I had the first chance ever to try caviar. It's lovely. Great services, great customer services. It took a while for us to get our food, but it was worth the wait. Attention to detail is their specialty . Also, I'm shocked that they are not that expensive looking at where they are located. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely diner date night.
The food here was outstanding. The service even more outstanding. Everyone was amazing but Ariana was best server I have experienced in a long time. My family and I will definitely be back again, maybe even make it a yearly Christmas ritual.Food: 5/5
This is a beautiful restaurant overlooking the vessel and food was really good and a great deal for lunch. I've been to the other location in NYC and the one in Vegas as well for dinner, and this place can cost you a pretty penny. However, lunch will get you 3 courses for $39, which is a steal since a tomato salad costs $34 on the regular menu. I brought my parents here who were visiting my office in the area and thought it would be a nice way to check out Hudson Yards. They were very impressed with the food, especially the calamari and the tomato salad. As for the mains we really thought the tuna burger stood out over the fish and the chicken. The service, while attentive, came off a little cold. Like just a little rushed and super unfriendly. Maybe I was just feeling highly sensitive to the service since my parents were here and I really wanted them to enjoy their experience but everything else was excellent.
What a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful location. We went there for dinner recently and loved the ambience of this restaurant. The waiting staff was very friendly and were great. We ordered white Greek wine, Assyrtiko which was excellent. We started off with a few oysters which were delicious. We ordered some calamari which was good but doesn't come with marinara sauce which is weird but it was still pretty decent. My girlfriend ordered the wild Salmon which was amazing and I ordered the Halibut which was just alright. I expected my Halibut to turn out amazing but it was a bit disappointing. We also ordered the chocolate cake for dessert which was out of this world ! All in all, It was a great experience and a really expensive check. The views, the ambience and the service definitely made it worth it. Till next time !
Overall the food is spectacular, and the service is good. However, the waiter who was serving us made me feel judged when I was ordering. We went to this place because we were thrilled by the images of whole fish sashimi. And we decided to give this place a try. The whole fish sashimi was great, very fresh and the spices were delicious. The grilled octopus tasted so tender. The grilled whole fish of the day and salmon were all very tasty. Now to the unsatisfactory part, the attitude. The servers were attentive, nice, and fast, but when ordering dessert, I asked our waiter to repeat the courses he mentioned, because I wanted to hear one specific item I saw from the menu. Since that item didn’t appear in his words, I wanted to double check. However, he apparently became impatient. That attitude, to some degree, ruined my experience here. Probably because of my feeling, the dessert really didn’t taste that great. Anyway, the food is really something. Try the whole fish sashimi!!
Great view, amazing service, tasty food and large portions. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pasta was a little hard. Recommend the crab cake and mushrooms. The cheesecake is also very soft and fresh.
Went for a lunch with my colleagues, opted for their lunch menu which was quite reasonable considering the location, ambience and the views. I didn’t get any drinks but they had a good selections of wines and cocktails on the menu. First course: greek mezze platter was delicious, second course: tuna burger was to die for, I am not a seafood fan but trust me this burger is a must try. For the desert, I chose walnut cake with lavender gelato, it was decent but I got vanilla gelato instead of lavender. Great experience overall.
