Eufaula True Value Hardware

I can't believe the previous reviewer was even in the Eufaula True Value! Our family and all of our friends always talk about how Johnny and his crew provide the best possible service and we compare their service to what it was like to shop back when store owners cared about their customers in the good old days! When you walk in the front door someone always greats you and asks if you need any help. No matter how busy... they are always more than happy to talk to you about your project and help you find the right piece or part or whatever it is you need. And if you get home and the part isn't right they are happy to swap it out for what works. I love the fact that I can walk in with a part and show them what I need and they can instantly tell you what row and shelf to find the replacement! Try finding that kind of service in any of the big box stores! This True Value is always clean, well organized and has an incredible inventory and if they don't have it today, they can have it for you tomorrow! We love our Eufaula True Value and everyone that works there!

They. Always seem to have almost everything I need. Nice to shop in town.

I realize that you can't judge a store by the performance of one employee but for the most part I have never found this store to be very helpful. Some of the employees, like the gentleman I dealt with today, were anything but helpful. Apparently he had better things to do than help a customer (me). There are other places I can go for my hardware needs. I think I will do just that.

I have been doing business with True Vaule for 15 years my business is across the street and they always help find what we need and always have what we need. Plus you cannot beat the good friendly visiting, plan on sticking around and enjoying a good Hardware Store Story!
