I don’t review many businesses but this place is outstanding. I searched who sold a particular type of door handle and Home Hardware came up with a 5 star Google review rating. Several of the reviews mentioned how great Dallas was to work with. I spoke with Dallas earlier in the week about needing to replace some 11 year old door knobs. Dallas told me my existing knobs may be able to be repaired, just bring them in. Today I met Jordan on a Saturday. He repaired all 4 of my broken door knobs and to my surprise, it was no charge. I tried to pay but Jordan said they had the parts. Who would’ve thought, in a world where the usual resolution is to toss it out & buy another? Jordan said he’d been doing this for 13 years, it was obvious. What a cool place right here in South Tulsa. Really appreciate Home Hardware. Thanks guys!

The lever on my front door that was original to my house broke off. It was about 28 years old, so I thought I would have to replace the whole system. Through communication with Home Hardware , I was able to get just the lever and replace it,at considerable savings! Thanks for the great customer service!!

I was having a problem with the lock on my door and I talked to Dallas about it. He took the time to look around his shop, find the part, and send me a picture of it so I could confirm it was the right part. He promptly shipped the part and now my door lock works great. Great service!
