Fare is affordable compared to major cities like Portland or Seattle where fares are outrageous, applaud LTD for accommodating for disabled service also.

I have loved your buses since 1992. And I have never made a complaint. I'm a native southern California. LA county I know bad buses. Thanks LaNora Ficek

So just a little story about how awesome these guys are. I left some food on the bus, and upon quickly realizing (after it had pulled off tho ofc) I called the lane transit number and got a hold of someone at the downtown hub and explained my airheadedness. They checked when the bus pulled in on its rounds and sure enough my food was still there. Then I was able to bus back and grab it outta the fridge they were nice enough to keep it in for me. These guys were awesome in the sense of helping me, as well as their nice aditude/polite demeanour's considering I felt I was just wasting their time (cause I was). We both had a mutual laugh at, what seemed to me at least, me making a minor molehill into a comical mountain. A quick aside- the people in Eugene tend to be quite friendly as is, so maybe take this glowing "review" with the tiniest grain of salt. Also I'm broke as of writing this so I was pretty bummed/angry at myself for leaving that food, perhaps that explains any over-determination on my part lol.
