Used this station for Amtrak twice over the last few years. No issues that I can remember. One guy went so far as to offer help rolling a large piece of luggage to my waiting car and even loaded it inside. Dunno if he was expecting a tip (are you even supposed to tip them?) but either way he was a really nice guy.

First and last experience with Greyhound ever! I can't even explain how bad the customer service is. They were rude, unhelpful, and didn't even know how the timing of the busses were. I can't even explain how much I hate the bus system now and that I will NEVER give it another chance

I called to get info on some travel plans and found the attendant to be very helpful. Was impressed.

I didn't have a great experience..just be prepared for ghetto experience.

The depot is filthy and the ticket agents are extremely rude. Of course, this wouldn't matter all that much if the buses left or arrived on time, but they never do.
