The bus time sheets around Salem are not even up to date. The buses never comes on time. The customer service us terrible. No one cares about their job there. I hate using this bus system. Absolutely a waste of money.

Their customer service is RUDE. They obviously don't care about their job. They are just snotty and rude. My girlfriend just asked when the earliest number 2 bus comes and she was COMPLETELY RUDE about it. I'm so tired of this bus system.
