It's bus station don't expect courtesy or helpfulness. The schedule can be somewhat confusing and wait times are frequently long. However for a fledgling service it is getting better and growing, prices are fare and in line with industry standard.

Need better hours..5am- 6pm. Is a joke. It's a Public Transit. Go to 8pm or 9pm for the people who actually need to get to places in Town. And have your hours posted on the seating areas outside. Instead of printing them out .

Fantastic way to commute to Salem. It's a perfect distance to read and have some decompression time. Once in Salem, I use Cherriots to get to work.
