Super friendly team here, full service and state of art optometry equipment on site, have come here multiple time for adjustments, fittings, cleanings after purchasing two reading glasses here. They always take care of me at no charge. Very friendly and helpful. And absolutely reasonable/competitive pricing.

Amazing service and friendly staff! Not just experts in the science of optics but great fashion sense! I bought two pairs of sunglasses and two pairs of progressive glasses with their intuitive sense of fashion focused on matching my personal style and aesthetics. This will be my new home for purchasing optics for years to come.

I want to express my deep gratitude to all the staff. They remade my glasses 3 times, and all because I have very sensitive eyes and we selected the glasses. Not once did I hear a word of reproach on any of my visits. On the contrary, all I heard was “We can’t let you go until you are 100% happy with your glasses.” And it's all free, I only paid the initially agreed amount on my first visit!!! For service and friendliness, I would give 10 points out of 5. I recommend this store to everyone. Thank you for being there

Unbelievable that we could have arrived, picked a world class quality set of frames thanks for helping us find the perfect set, Alex! , have our prescription set in the frames Craig is a super star, all before we could finish the complementary coffee we ordered from their menu! We'll never forget this!

Truly exceptional. An unusually extensive selection of frames, but that is only the start. The optometrist was superb, solving a challenge with a new prescription that other optometrists could not resolve. They have a deep commitment to getting things done right--for me, it was above and beyond. And, very friendly and welcoming employees. I feel lucky to have found them.

Probably the easiest five star review I have ever left. The customer service at EuroOptica from Ellen to Craig and the rest of the staff is stellar. The first time I went in to buy a pair of glasses Ellen showed me frame after frame after frame, and I was never rushed. At times other members of the staff would give their opinion, and I felt like everyone had an interest in making sure that I was a happy customer. I have found that kind of environment to be missing at many of the businesses I go into. I bought two awesome pairs of glasses and I had to go back a few times for adjustments and a lens correction, and every single time the experience was five stars. EuroOptica has me as a customer for life and I’ve already recommended them to several colleagues and family members. Thank you for the amazing service! See you guys in the not too distant future!

Great experience here! I was wearing a mask, and the employee immediately put on their masks in response, which I greatly appreciate. They went the extra mile to make sure I got the right glasses for me and that my prescription was perfect! Their selection of frames is outstanding and unique!

We went to the store to fix a pair of glasses that had been stepped on. The owners perfectly fixed the glasses in 10 minutes. They were also very friendly and showed us a variety of beautiful frame options they have, which I am now considering to buy. Beautiful store and professional service.
