Would not recommend going here. Luckily I only paid half of the original price for a service first time customer, but there was still hair left after my service and I did not feel comfortable during my time there. My experience with other locations has been that the waxer leaves the room while you change so you’re not undressing in front of them, but that was not the case here. Got a brazilian wax done one day ago, left with tons of wax on me which was fine. Made sure to tip. When I was cleaning if off the next day todayI noticed a ton of hair that I had to pluck. I can't even reach it all. Like there is so much hair that was missed during my appt. I will be calling tomorrow. I am legit in shock how this could happen when I paid for a brazilian which means I should leave with zero hair.

It was an okay experience, the front desk woman Keke was great. However, I came home with both of my back legs still being covered in hair. The length they’re at should have come up easily. The technician made wax strips that were almost the full length of my leg and so they came up slow and inefficiently. They’ve only been waxing for 8 months so I understand that it’s a process to learn, however I don’t feel that I got the proper results or customer service experience from the technician due to difficulty in holding conversation with them. It felt strained and like they didn’t want to talk, I get it.. but it helps me feel more comfortable when I’m laying there without pants on. Unfortunately I will not be returning
Don’t call and ask for directions cause they will not be helpful. It’s best to arrive 15 mins early and just locate the place on your own.
I’ve been dedicated customer for years, always renew my wax pass, schedule appointments well in advance and show up on time. No more. Recently I’ve had 3 appointments cancelled on me at the last minute. The first time I received a phone call the day before that they’d be “closed” during my appointment time. Annoyed, I rebooked online. With limited availability, I had to wait a while longer. The next appointment came and that day I got a cal again, from the same employee, Kennedy, who pretty unapologetically explained to me that they had to cancel on me. “Sorry, it’s an emergency”. Frustrated but willing to give it one more shot, I accepted her offer for an appointment the following week. At this point I’m well past when I should have come in. The employee took my name, checked me in, and I sat for 20 minutes past my appointment time. When someone came out and called a name, it wasn’t mine, and they asked me who I was. They had no record of my appointment and couldn’t get me in at all. They had no access to the system to refund me. I left, no wax, no new appointment, no refund. I am willing to give a little grace for occasional mistakes but at this point I have to take my business elsewhere and strongly encourage others to do the same.
I'm a full time graduate student, work full time, and have a dog so the little bit of free time I have I don't want to spend in the shower shaving. After considering my options, this center provided what I thought would be the most bang for my buck. It's a 10 minute walk from my home and the unlimited packages justified the big spend for me. I couldn't have been more wrong. At the beginning of the summer I foresaw that availability was going to be a problem, so I decided to book out multiple appointments at one time. Now, after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on wax passes I have had multiple appointments canceled and unbelievable scheduling errors, and I've only been able to get three appointments in the last four months or so. If you are considering what I did seriously, DON'T DO IT, it's a trap. I feel cheated and stolen from, especially as I see another deduction hit my account today for a service I'm never going to be able to use. Such a waste of money.
My waxer spent extra time and detail on my eyebrows and they are perfection.
i have been a customer here for 4 years plus on a pass and they no only do not respect customers schedules at all, cancelled my appointment last minute the day before, i tried to make the new appointment time for me that was inconvenient and pushing it got there 10 minutes late, and they said it could not be done because the grace period was 9 minutes. Seriously check yourself and your attitude and don’t make people run circles around your schedule during covid , it’s just disgraceful. Once i finish this wax pass i won’t be coming back.
There has only been one water that I’ve been satisfied with here... and I believe she no longer works there. She used to get really close after waxing and tweeze any missed hairs! Now, every time I leave, I find entire strips of hairs on the areas where I was supposed to be waxed. At this price, I feel like there should be ZERO hairs left. I think I’ll find a new waxing company.
