I’ve been to multiple different dermatologists over the years for the same reoccurring issue. I was beginning to think I was just going to have to live with this skin issue the rest of my life. The care team here was nothing less than amazing. They actually took the time to listen , do research and respond very quickly and FINALLY my skin is healed !!!! I don’t have the words to express my appreciation to this team. Thank you north west dermatology for giving my my confidence back !! I have no doubt you will continue to help so many other patients on their journeys!
Everyone in this office was so nice! From the front desk staff to the provider. My ONE piece of feedback would be I could hear EVERYTHING being said in the next room. Granted, nothing violated HIPAA but I could hear the conversation. I also did not like the room I was put in, especially after realizing I could hear everything in the next room. Maybe consider white noise machines in each to buffer for added privacy. Other than that, I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.
Awesome experience with Julia Speros. I had a hard time getting in as a new patient b/c I hadn't been in years. Hopefully won't have a hard time getting back in now. Very calm, patient, explained things well and unhurried fashion. Even looked up a coupon for my prescription and printed it for me.
I have eczema. And I have not had a significant Flair and a couple of decades. I experienced the flare of my adult life about a month ago I was able to call get an appointment with Eileen McNulty and her team, my appointment was Swift professional thorough educational and it ended with me getting a prescription and everything I needed in terms of emotional support and help with insurance to move forward with my treatment plan. The front desk was also very kind. I would highly recommend Eileen and her team with any of my skin needs, as well as any friends and family that may also unfortunately experience a horrible skin eruption.
I love my new dermatologist! I'm so grateful to have found this practice. The office is pleasant, the staff is personable and kind; and, my doctor is the best. She gave me a thorough look over which was very important to me. She spent enough time with me to address all my concerns, she was kind, friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this practice!
I’ve been going here for about 6-7 years and it is the best experience every time I come in. Positive environment, I feel listened to and heard about my concerns and the people always make you feel welcomed and like they are on your team with whatever concern, etc you have. I love the front desk gals, as well as all the doctors. Thanks PDX Derm for everything!
So first off, I called and asked if they can remove skin tags on eyelids, they said it’s something they do all the time and scheduled me in for an appointment. I go there and the doctor says they’re too small for him to remove, he attempts to remove parts of them, and then says “$100 is fair” and fair is fair. So I paid it off before I left the clinic and moved on with my life. Now they’re bombarding me with letters saying I need to pay an extra $141. For what?? You can’t charge people for incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs.
Extremely detailed visit that was one of the more patient centric experiences I've had from a dr.'s office. They were quick to diagnose, prescribe, and offered follow up support if I had any questions. World class.
A very thorough exam which was explained clearly and followed with a good discussion of treatment options. All my questions were answered. Also, I felt like the nurse practitioner really listened to my symptoms and concerns.
I waited 3 months for an appointment then more than an hour for my appointment but the staff was great and kept apologizing for the Dr. being behind.
