I've been going to EWC for 10+ years and this has been my go-to location for about 2 years. I'm SO glad I met Chelsea - she is AMAZING, funny, and efficient. Booked a last minute Brazilian wax appointment here online because I didn’t have time to make it to my usual place and this is right by my job. Booking was easy to do on the website and check in at the front desk with Katrina was a breeze. She told me what to expect, informed me about promotions including half off your first wax!, told me about how to earn strut points, and introduced me to my waxer Janelly. Janelly was super bubbly and personable. She asked if this was my first wax, and I informed her that it wasn’t, but it had been a while because I recently had a baby. She took extra care to be gentle, especially around my c-section scar. We chatted the whole time which made it go by quickly and pain free. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely be coming back.
