I have been seeing Diana Palmisano for years and she is the only person I would trust with my face. From the moment you walk into her beautiful office you feel that her team is a family and has close relationships with their patients. The entire team is so personable, comforting, and welcoming. I love seeing Diana as I feel that she gives me an individual touch and I walk out looking like the best version of myself. Diana is extremely knowledgeable and provides a level of comfort I have never felt with other providers nor in other Dermatology offices. Diana has never pushed a treatment on me and only recommends what she truly believes will work for me. Each time I see her I walk out feeling more confident in myself than when I came in. I cannot recommend Diana and Skin Solutions Collective enough!
They’re not joking about providing a curated experience. Lauren takes the time to not only listen to your concerns and desires, but also uses her understanding of facial anatomy to create and truly balanced improved result. She doesn’t just erase wrinkles, she aims to improve your overall aging process. I’m very pleased with the results. My previous injector was great, but Lauren is truly talented. Thank you!
Lauren is the absolute best and everyone working there is just the nicest. But more than that Lauren takes the time to listen - she really cares and will always give you the most honest advice. I came in for Botox and acne treatment and after 2 sessions the results are unreal! I’m super happy Highly recommend.
Nothing but good things to say about Skin Solutions and their staff. I was recommended by a friend and am so glad. Both Laura and Lauren are so skilled at their craft and not to mention super nice and personable. The staff is also incredible. I messed up my appointment date and came a day earlier than what I was scheduled for and they were so quick to help and try to squeeze me in so I didn’t travel out to the city for nothing. 10/10!

Upon entering the office, you instantly feel welcomed, everyone is professional, but also has such chill vibes - I truly look forward to my appointments. Lauren knows what she is doing. She takes the time to access your face and needs. It is obvious she loves what she does, and is a master at her craft. Her knowledge of facial anatomy is next level, and she has such great positive energy. I trust Lauren 100%, and I never feel rushed or pushed to try new treatments. I had inquired about treating some sun damage on my face, and Lauren recommended the Lumecca IPL laser. The results were incredible. Nurse Mel did my laser treatment and I am so happy with the outcome. Nurse Mel is great too. Lauren & her team are the absolute best. They're wonderful to consult with and extremely knowledgable and transparent about treatments and process. Lauren is wonderful about managing expectations and creating realistic plans for your personal goals. She has incredible bedside manner during treatments and I couldn't give higher recommendations for working with her !
Lauren takes such amazing care of my skin and had gotten me really far from where I was before. Their skin peel treatment was transformational for me, I stopped wearing makeup and subbed for tinted moisturizer. They are super gentle, responsive and so good to interact with!

Each professional with whom you interact, is professional and friendly. Laura and Diana really took the time to listen to all of my concerns in order to give me the best results possible. They explain each procedure and calm your nerves if necessary. It is truly evident they care about each of their patients. I never felt rushed. Quite the contrary, I felt heard! I was so thankful and surprised they took the time to check in with me the next day to see how I was doing. That is something that is above and beyond other places I’ve been. The best part is the phenomenal resultI will be a long time client!
There is no one I would ever let touch my face other than Lauren! Once I moved to Westchester I started going to other doctors because I didn’t want to schlep all the way downtown for appointments. Huge mistake! I wound up having a really bad reaction to filler that another doctor injected under my eyes. It was a total disaster and my face was swollen for over a month! I called Lauren and she dissolved it right away, put me on the right meds and got me back to normal! I am forever grateful. She was so caring and sensitive to my situation. She checked up on me frequently and was so concerned. I can’t tell you how happy I am that she is now in Greenwich CT! I will never go to another person again. Just the best bedside manner and perfect touch. She never pushes any thing on her patients and just genuinely wants the best for you. Love her and can’t say enough positive things.
