I read some bad reviews about customer service but I had the opposite experience. The gentleman at the front desk was lovely and Melissa, the nurse who did my facial was so warm and friendly. The facial didn’t hurt it was just a prickly sensation. My skin looks refreshed particularly after doing a sheet mask at home after.

Really nice, clean place with super nice and friendly front desk staff. I just had my first 15 min laser facial - it’s quick and my skin definitely felt cleaner and firmer after. Would definitely return

Honestly, I’m surprised there were bad reviews about customer service. Always had a good experience with the front desk and the RNs. Always leave with glowing skin!

I DO NOT recommend signature facial in skin laundry. The money I spent was not worth it at all. I came home and noticed That nothing was changed- I had the same dirty pores and had to cleanse it by myself. The person who provided treatment for me wasn’t professional and wasn’t interested to provide me a good service.

Amazing team and charming/intimate space. Love that I can get a facial in 15min will on lunch. Treatments work, I've gone for 3 months now and my psoriasis is almost gone, skin tone is more even, and feels younger!

I had such a lovely experience with Jenna! She was so kind and knowledgeable, I can’t wait to return to for my next appointment. It’s so refreshing to experience such good customer service when it’s really hard to come by these days. Anna was also very informative and the treatment was thorough. I will be coming back
