They really make you feel comfortable even if it is not your first time. I have extremely sensitive skin and a very private person on top of it all. I would definitely recommend this place especially for the first timers.

Waxing was good! Location was good! The receptionist not so good! Doesn’t make you feel welcomed to the place at all. I used to go to EWC in Maryland, just moved to Brooklyn and wanted to find my new place. Front desk acts like she has an attitude and you are there to bother her. ALWAYS a pleasure when I visit for my routine waxes!!! I go to Marise and if it’s a last minute appointment I see Chris. Basically my whole family and friends that are into waxing go to Marise Lolss!! She is literally one of the sweetest ppl you will ever meet and she’s very quick with her service. She makes you feel soooo comfortable and is a pro! Tip her very well please and thank you  you won’t regret it! The front desk ladies are also ALWAYS pleasurable and sweet. No complaints whatsoever but just save me a slot with my girl cuz she’s always booked and busy

1st time. Wasn't as bad as I thought still alil painful but the girl I had she was polite, helpful and she explained every step and other helpful information. I'll be back for my up keeping.

I had a really nice experience!! Loved how the front desk welcomes you. My waxer was Jennifer, shes so gentle and cares for you esp if it’s your first time getting waxed down there. Very knowledgeable about aftercare and explained the products..which i’m excited to try !! Will deff be back soon and rebooking with my wax therapist :
