Very prompt service. Almost no waiting time. All Drs and staff very pleasant and helpful. The appointment with the Dr felt a little brief and perfunctory. Barely any examination, although I had provided photos, so maybe it wasn't necessary. A little frustrating as I had a HUGE break out the following week, but at the time of my appointment there wasn't much to show them, but that's nobody's fault. Just unlucky timing.
30+ year patient. Love the practice. And Michelle in the NYC office explains things so clearly.
Fast wait time. Dr. Avram is kind and compassionate. He explains the treatment plan throughly to ensure that I understand what will happen, expectations and follow up. I have been to the office several times and the quality of care is consistent.
Dr Avram is great but the ongoing issues with rude staff is horrible and just unacceptable at this point. Been going here for many years and spent alot of money and I think I have had enough. I received a call from the office to reschedule my appointment because the dr had a conflict . I called to reschedule - After I asked what time on a certain date was available she said "I told you , 3pm" I mean really? She then proceeded with an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her - Unbelievable I was the one inconvenienced, hello ! Train your staff!
Quick appointment, very professional and answered all my questions and was able to help with a small procedure. Always a good visit here. Highly recommend.

I visited this office about 2 weeks ago my husband and I, the staff was very professional and friendly. The office is a small practice but the Doctor and assistants were amazing. The wait was very short, we were seen within a half hour or so. the Doctor was very effective and straight to the point. Our skin cleared up within a couple days. If you are looking for a great dermatologist, this place is definitely worth a visit.
Dr. Marc is so sweet. He is empathetic, takes time to explain the condition, probabilities and different options. The support staff is professional. I wish he had more days in Brooklyn.
Long-term patient Dr. Avram is great highly recommended
DR Avram was very professional and helpful in laying out the options for my needs. He clearly knows his field and can speak to studies and success rates in treatments very comfortably which is always re-assuring. The location is nice upon entry, but the rooms and equipment was dusty and outdated looking. I did not feel comfortable having any kind of procedure done in the room I was received in. From an expert advice perspective I feel like a I got what I needed. In terms of style I didn't feel entirely comfortable with his energy. He actually talked over me which bothers me at a personal level. I'm grateful for his advice but not sure I'd move forward with having a procedure at this office.
