Authentic New Orleans pralines, the way they tasted before the influx of profiteering copycats. Other, much, much, newer praline shops in town make a softer, creamy, praline like confection, but this is the real thing. The taste and consistency are spot on. Also, here in New Orleans, we say it "Prah-leans", because that is the proper French pronunciation of the word. If you want a Texas style "Pray-lean cookie", go somewhere else. Praline means cookie, by the way, so there is no need to say cookie after it.

Stocked up on pralines and praline pecans. There are a lot of pralines in New Orleans and this one ranked up there as one of the best.

HORRIBLE! They do NOT know how to make pralines. Their creole pralines were made in a rush and were just compressed sugar crystals with hardly any cream. They couldn't even cook the sugar. It was like biting into a sugar cube. Don't waste your time or money

Tried all five pralines, except for the caramel one, all the other ones are too surgery to me and they are not at all tasty. The original one tasted like it's expired.
