I can't believe how horrible the communication and customer service is with this company! I have a down power cable in our driveway in Massachusetts. I spent almost an hour explaining the situation and the account info to what seemed to be a routed representative that I couldn't barely understand, and just kept interrupting and speaking over me. I finally had the representative tell me he would have a crew come down and fix down wire. I got a call back hours later that said they will be sending a representative to our address in New Hampshire. I called back to try again to sort this out. I was transferred 3 different times and had to start over again with an explanation each time, ridiculous, the last time the representative said he needed to transfer me to MA as he was in PA. Why can't you guys get it right!? A customer has better things to do than explaining the whole story several times over an over and THEN sent to someone else who is still the wrong department and area of coverage.

Worst company I have dealt with. No compassion for people who are struggling. You go to pay your bill over the phone and you have to pay $2.25 added to the amount you already owe. Ridiculous having to pay for paying your bill. 0 stars

Eversource is terrible. No emergency number to call. Unless customer service.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. I did not receive any gas bills until 7 months after living in my apartment. It was conveyed to me that electric and gas were included on the same bill, which has been my experience in the past. After 7 months of receiving NO bills and NO calls, I received a letter warning that my gas was going to be shut off. In order to stop this from happening, I had to call at least 4 different numbers because all were out of order. When I finally was able to speak with someone, I had to pay an insane amount of money all because Eversource did not send out a bill. If you have the option of switching to a different company for gas and/or electric...do so right away!!! Customer service is also not helpful.

ZERO STARS! took 3 days of being in hold for HOURS before finally getting a human. I set up a payment they said call back in 2 days..I DID and again was on hold for HOURS ..it was then the weekend and now my gas is shut off because no one answers the phone? So the money they took from me $180 means NOTHING..they now want $250 more even tho I paid them 4 days ago...customer service was so rude and then actually chuckled when realizing another $75 was needed to restore service! Only if i could go thru the phone
