Braintree Electric Light Department

I cut the cable cord and went with BELD 50mbs internet with a streaming services. Installer was professional, friendly and on time. Set up was seamless and service has been reliable. At some point over the last year the cost of the service actually went down! Sadly, I'm going back to fios because the upload speeds are so slow with cable. That said, if the upload speeds are not important to you, BELD is a terrific option.

Just moved in Braintree, talked to a front desk woman, regarding sign up cable service,. But I met with cold face and was told will send someone to take a look at my property and never showed up. On the other hand, talked a lady in light energy saving program group, she is very nice and explained with patience and got thing done quickly.

It's over 30 hours now. Still can't access CBS and missed the Patriots game. VERY EMBARRASSED TO HOST A PARTY without the game. BELD- this is a VERY UNREASONABLE and UNACCEPTABLE WAIT for a Technical issue to be resolved.
