I called Comcast Xfinity...on February 7 2018 i spoke with three people that day to complain about their driver parking in front of my home.. Will on the phone with Comcast two neighbor of mine's witness the driver go behind my house and cut my cable wire's. I was told that someone or a supervisor in the I.T department would call me within 24/48 hour's. Still no call back so i called back on February 10 2018 spoke with a supervisor which she told me a supervisor from the I.T. department would call me by 10:30am that same day still no call. So now im in the process of speaking with a lawyer

I went inside and got quick service and help, they gave me everything I needed told me how to hook things up and even gave me the hook-ups I needed for Free. They are very helpful and friendly
