Very happy with RCN for working with me to make my bill a more acceptable price point since I subscribe only for internet and not cable or a landline. They are definitely the best provider regarding internet when compared to Verizon or Comcast when it comes to outstanding customer service. They are also the only provider to not give me a hard time about wanting to use my own equipment and not throw away money renting from them instead.

0 stars for RCN..their management is ridiculous. But besides corporate...this review is about my recent experience with a rep. I went to the Arlington location for the first time this past Saturday morning and I was assisted by a rep named Gang. My son had lost our TiVo remote, so I went in to get a replacement and to say the least, Gang was very helpful. YOU ARE THE BEST GANG. 5 stars are for the services that were provided by You. Thank you.

Switched to a new address with RCN. They charged me for a month at both places, and for the equipment at the old place. I gave the equipment to the guy who installed at my new home, and he left it at the house, and said that wasn't his job and someone else would be by to pick it up. I called RCN, and they said that it would reflect on my next payment, and I would not owe money for the following month. I received a bill charging me for keeping the equipment (that they never came out to pick up) and charged for both places!! 1034 dollar cable bill when all i have is internet and Netflix.
