Comcast Service Center

I went here to ask about upgrading and the young lady who helped me took her time to explain all the options that I could do and she got me the best deal and gave me a self install kit she was very professional and an asset to Comcast

$180 a month for service and then I go to pick up equipment only for everything to be all screwed up and deal with ignorant reps. Verizon was at my house the next day!

Comcast had always been too expensive for me, however if your low income their internet service is only $10 a month allowing up to 4 devices which is great for me. With 2 kids in high school they need internet and this low cost program is great I definately give it 5 stars all day.

Absolutely worst service ever!10 people in line, 2 people working the counter and one of them says she's "not ready to take anyone". Reminds me of the old RMV. Totally mismanaged. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Repeats, Repeats, Repeats. Paying $180 plus a month to watch reruns when they decide to let you watch them. Time for change!!!
