Verizon Fios Store

Working in customer service and holding somewhat of a pride in it- this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from the start. Once you are a customer they will not give you the time of day and forget it once any billing issues start, because they will. One star because you have to put a star.

Ridiculous! The remote stopped working. Went to exchange for a new one - guess what - you have to pay$$ for a new one! Thanks again big corporations taking all our money!

Telephone query to the store didn't go well. Real "computer says no" response from the woman who answered the phone. Pretty blunt, couldn't give a care attitude.

I went there to close one of my friends account who moved out of state and to drop off equipment..there is an older lady in the store who was absolutely rude and shouted at me when I touched a hand sanitizer pen lying around a table!!! when I asked her name to file a complaint to customer service, her partner refused to give her name and instead said "she just asked you to not touch anything thats it!!" I wish there was a store manager there to see how rude and ridiculous their staff is behaving with their customers. I wish that lady gets necessary feedback from people..Worst STORE I have every visited!!!!!!
